## Website Troubleshooting Guide

### Step-1: Check the Pages.dev domain

Visit the Cloudflare Pages URL for your site to confirm the status. Example: For Tatvani, go to: <https://tatvani.pages.dev> If this is working, the issue is likely with local caching or browser settings. If this is not working, skip to Step-6.

### Step-2: Use Incognito/Private Mode

Open your live site in an incognito (Chrome/Edge) or private (Firefox/Safari) window, or use the Tor browser to bypass local cache and extensions.

### Step-3: Clear Your Browser Cache

If the site loads in private mode but not normally, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the page.

### Step-4: Try a Different Browser or Device

Test the live website on another browser (e.g., Brave, Firefox, Safari) or a different device (e.g., phone, tablet) to rule out device-specific issues.

### Step-5: Switch Networks

Change your internet connection (e.g., another Wi-Fi network, mobile hotspot, or VPN) to determine whether your ISP or network is blocking access.

### Step-6: Raise a Support Ticket

If both the live site and the Pages.dev URL are unreachable:

### Gather the following details:

1. Screenshots of the error
2. Device, browser, and operating system
3. Any error messages or codes you see on the screen
4. Raise a ticket on Notion.
